BREW CITY MATCH APPLICATIONS

Welcome to the Brew City Match application system. Brew City Match supports property owners and small businesses who are looking to establish their business or are already established in historically disinvested commercial corridors in Milwaukee. We focus in Historic King Drive, Historic Mitchell Street, North Avenue/Fond du Lac, Riverwest/Harambee, the Near West Side, Silver City and Cesar Chavez Drive, and neighborhoods surrounding these districts.

Applications for building owners are reviewed on an ongoing basis. If you are a small business owner that owns the commercial property you occupy, please complete the BUSINESS owner application.

Acceptance into the program does not guarantee you will be awarded grant money for your project.

Contact Gabe Charles at LISC Milwaukee with any questions: gcharles@lisc.org
